San Francisco just topped the 2026 list of America’s Healthiest Cities thanks to our local food and greenspaces. Not a bad excuse to get outside post-heatwave.

The Chronicle did a great piece on the strange, psychedelic history of how San Francisco got colorful homes. San Francisco’s March market is moving fast, especially for single family homes. With a median price of $2.075M, homes selling for 117% of list, and just 12 days on market, well priced properties are seeing strong competition and quick results.

Condos are also active, with 121 sales and a median price of $1.125M, though higher inventory is giving buyers a bit more breathing room. Even so, units are still selling near asking and in under two weeks on average.
