Matthew J. Tuller is a licensed California estate planning attorney, dedicated to helping his clients create comprehensive estate plans that best ensure that his or her family's well being is taken care of postmortem. Tuller decided to practice estate planning after watching members of his family struggle after his grandfather passed away. Due to a lack of post-mortem planning, and appropri

ate assistance during the administrative period, the process took a lot more time, cost a lot more money, and caused more headaches than necessary. This experience created a desire in help to help other families avoid these issues. Tuller’s dedication to estate planning comes from a desire to help families ensure that their loved ones are taken care of. This is accomplished by avoiding Probate, passing both Values and Assets as desired, ensuring that Guardians are properly named for minor children, and maintaining that plan during the creators lifetime, which allows that person’s desires to be carried out after his or her passing. Tuller opened the Law Office of Matthew J. Tuller to provide the full spectrum of estate planning services to each client, from the creation and maintenance of a plan, through postmortem estate settlement. The Firm's objective is to create a lifetime relationship with each client, which is achieved by combining exceptional client service with the highest caliber legal solutions. Ultimately, the guiding principle is to ensure that each member of our Firm’s estate planning family is well cared for by an attorney truly interested in his or her well-being.

Tax filing and payment deadlines by both the IRS and California Franchise Tax Board amidst the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. For instance, the CA FTB deadline for 2019 is on June 15, 2020, waiving interest, late filing and late payment penalties.
