Home and condo prices posted strong year-over-year growth in April, while properties continued to sell quickly across the city. Single-family homes spent an average of just 17 days on the market, and both home and condo sales saw notable increases compared to last year.

Selling my mom’s home could have been a very stressful process, especially since the house needed remodeling and updates before going on the market. However, Aimee went far above and beyond what we expected from a real estate agent.

She essentially became the project manager for the entire remodel, coordinating between us and the contractors, overseeing the work, and making sure everything stayed on schedule and within budget.
