Our first two sessions on unwarranted spaces sparked an incredible response from members, with thoughtful questions about in-law units, basement bedrooms, attic conversions, ADUs, permitting, disclosures, and navigating San Francisco’s complex building regulations.

For this third installment, we’re bringing back representatives from SF Planning, the Department of Building Inspection (DBI), and permit experts for another interactive Q&A focused on the real-world scenarios agents are encountering every day.

This session will dive deeper into the topics that matter most to you — from interpreting 3R reports and understanding legalization pathways to handling buyer concerns, seller disclosures, enforcement issues, and permit strategies. We encourage attendees to submit questions in advance so our panel can address as many member situations as possible during the discussion.
