USCIS launched a new online appointment request form this month for individuals, attorneys, and accredited representatives to request an in-person appointment at their local field office without having to call the USCIS Contact Center.

The online appointment request form is expected to enhance the customer experience by collecting required information upfront and potentially scheduling the requested appointment without any further engagement with the USCIS Contact Center. Learn more here:

USCIS has completed the second H-1B cap lottery selection process for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024. Employers who sponsored applicants and their attorneys have been informed of the selection results and can now check the status of their submissions in their registration accounts.

USCIS recently announced that we would need to select additional registrations to reach the FY 2024 H-1B numerical allocations.
