If vampires need an invitation to enter your home, what happens when they own it? ’s 2025 film LandLord, part crime drama and part horror film, follows a bounty hunter who moves into a rundown apartment complex to discover something strange is happening with the tenants. If you like your social commentary with a bucket of blood, this is a film you can sink your teeth into!
First time director and writer will be in attendance for a special appearance!

This is a free event with a suggested donation of $10-$20. All donations go towards Movement Legal, a housing non-profit who spearhead policy development and impact litigation advancing the tenant movement as well as providing eviction defense services and “know your rights” education.
After the film, tenant attorneys from Tobener Ravenscroft LLP will host a FREE Tenant Rights Legal Clinic in the mezzanine for attendees with real-life housing questions. Tenants will be able to receive legal guidance from experienced housing attorneys on issues such as:
* Rent increases
* Eviction notices
* Repair issues and reasonable accommodations
* Emotional support animals
* Discrimination or harassment by a landlord or property manager
* Landlord retaliation
Food and beer will be available for purchase at the café.
