GGU Law rising 3L Honors Students Gustavo Martinez Bejarano and Marcelo Torres were recognized as Outstanding Law Clerks by the AIDS Legal Referral Panel (ALRP) after two semesters of clerkship.

According to ALRP, "Law Clerks provide essential support to our legal services like conducting client intakes and assisting with discovery in eviction cases. This dynamic duo also brought invaluable culture and Spanish language skills to the work of ALRP over the past ten months. A third of ALRP’s clients identify as Latino/Latina, so Gustavo and Marcelo seamlessly navigated the needs of our clients by putting their native language to work daily."

ICYMI- GGU’s Race, Gender, Sexuality, and Social Justice Law Journal’s Third Volume was PUBLISHED earlier this spring! The Paris Program is off to a great start! We have a total of 46 students from throughout the United States and Europe participating in the program this year.

Outside the classroom, students enjoyed a cruise on the Seine River, dinner at a Left Bank Bistro, and a private lecture and tour of the Conseil Constitutional, France’s Constitutional Council. We are grateful for this incredible program!
