The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals' website broadcast a panel that Appellate Section Executive Committee member Ben Feuer hosted for the SFBar about the effects on constitutional law of the decision in Korematsu v. United States, the Supreme Court case that upheld the government's authority to intern and imprison individuals of Japanese-American ethnicity during World War II.

Because all the 9th Circuit broadcasts get put on Youtube, the program is available if anyone is interested. It features Berkeley Law Dean Erwin Chemerinsky, Retired Judge Marilyn Hall Patel, Stanford professor Jane Schacter, and attorney Don Tamaki, who at one point represented Fred Korematsu himself.
