Pleased to have facilitated this successful transaction with Carlos Serrano-Quan where we were able to bring together one of San Francisco's crucial nonprofit justice system resources and a remarkably-improved office building.
There were many strict criteria that needed to be satisfied in order to make this transaction possible:
*Efficiency- It was important that the space was large enough to accommodate a workforce and clientele that was divided among two offices.
*Location- The hands-on nature of the work required a close proximity to the Hall of Justice.
*Budget- Negotiating an affordable rental rate was necessary to stay within funding constraints.
