My hot take on the real estate market 📈

The energy in San Francisco is absolutely electric right now.

While the national market is cooling, SF is charting its own course, fueled by a historic surge in Al innovation and investment.

In 2025, the SF Bay Area raised an estimated $154 billion in venture capital, outperforming the next 10 global regions combined by roughly 39%.

This massive influx of wealth has created a unique “micro-climate” of prosperity, insulating us from broader national concerns.

As we head into a very heated spring market, we are seeing a dramatic rebound, and the market here is going from strength to strength.

The median house sales price in January rose over 16% year-over-year on a single-month basis.

The condo market is experiencing a significant resurgence, with 2-bedroom median prices hitting their highest point since 2022.

The number of active listings fell 27% year-over-year as of February 1st, the lowest count in over four years.

With such low inventory and so much demand, buyers need to act fast to secure their dream home.

One of my listings was marketed privately for just ONE DAY before it was snapped up by a lucky buyer. That’s the speed you need to move at if you want to win.

Mortgage interest rates dropped below 6% Per Freddie Mac on February 26, the weekly average, 30 year conforming loan interest rate was 5.98%, its lowest since September 2022.
