Andrus Anderson LLP is proud to represent the City and County of San Francisco in our lawsuit against the largest manufacturers of Ultra-Processed Food for purposefully manufacturing addictive UPFs and aggressively and deceptively marketing them despite knowing about the dangerous health consequences. UPF now makes up 70% of our diets, and has led to staggering increases is diseases like Type 2 Diabetes, a disease now prevalent but once unheard of in children.
