Just sold! 449 Frederick Street, Cole Valley.

This was a hard home to price. It is a TIC on the top two floors of an 1898 Victorian, and it lives like a house. Nothing comparable had sold.

We priced the home to bring condo buyers and house buyers in at the same time. The home was painted and staged. We set an offer date.

We were happy to have multiple offers come in on our offer date. 449 Frederick Street went into contract the next day and closed today at $2,355,449.
