The Department of State's August 2023 Visa Bulletin is now available and shows a 10-year (!) retrogression for EB-1 India. The silver lining is that DOS says it intends to restore EB-1 India to July 2023 availability (for Feb./June 2022 priority dates) in the new Fiscal Year, which starts October 1.
