Mailine is a Partner in our San Francisco office who is dedicated to helping individuals live their dreams in the United States. Over her 25+ year career, she has advised small start-up companies to Fortune 100 companies. She thrives on strategizing challenging cases. Driven by the values of hard work, dedication, persistence, compassion, and creativity, which were instilled in her by her immigrant parents, Mailine was inspired to become an attorney. Mailine is deeply committed to giving back to her community.
Steve is a Partner in our Los Angeles office with 16+ years of overall experience in the U.S. business immigration field, including 11+ years as an attorney for Fortune 500 clients. He specializes in all U.S. employment visa types, legal review for qualification, immigration compliance, immigration program transformation based on business and corporate need, as well as legal staff management.
Lisa serves as the Head of Global Immigration and is a Partner in our San Francisco office. She handles global and U.S. immigration matters for clients in various industries, including technology, engineering, fintech, and retail. Lisa provides strategic advice on global immigration policies and best practices and helps companies relocate executives, managers, specialized knowledge workers, and professionals around the world and to the U.S. She also trains HR departments on immigration laws and regulations, including I-9 compliance and right to work guidance.
