a and Rey was recently established when my husband of almost 9 years decided to join the business. As a Realtor serving the community for almost 20 years, I am excited to share in this journey with him. Rey comes from a background of sales and customer service, and he knows our priority when assisting families in the purchase and sale of their home is Quality Service! I began my real estate career as a receptionist in 1993 when our company, San Fernando Realty, Inc., opened its doors. Although my goal was to be an elementary school teacher, worked with the LAUSD and graduated from CSUN in 2000, my heart stayed with the families who received the keys for their first home! As a licensed Realtor since 1998, I have seen the market evolve in so many ways and have serviced Short Sales, Foreclosures, Probates along with Standard Sales. We continue to educate ourselves on a regular basis and we belong to great organizations that support us, such as NAHREP. Pre-approval is as close as you can get to confirming your creditworthiness without having a purchase contract in place. You will complete a mortgage application and the lender will verify the information you provide. They’ll also perform a credit check.
