Trump-appointed judge overturned by other Trump-appointed judges on 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Judge Eileen Cannon filed new order granting partial stay of her own order accepting national security status of 100 documents.

Trump's lawyers have to show up and be grilled by the Special Master. Some legal experts are foreseeing a withdrawal of Trump's motion for a Special Master because Trump must tell the truth in federal court. The Special Master wants Trump to put everything under perjury of perjury or shut up.

Federal court is NOT Fox News with softball questions by Sean Hannity and Tucker Carlson, and where lying is encouraged and permitted.

Leticia James is the AG in New York. Her civil suit against Trump for racketeering has exposed the Trump Organization as being based upon fraud and grift.

The Big Lie doesn't work in federal court no matter who appointed the judges. Trump will not be able to delay things much further with the motions for return of property. The Pillow Guy had a similar motion rejected by a federal judge after his cellphone was seized pursuant to a search warrant.

MAGA will continue without Trump. Trump is a dangerous demagogue but fascism itself has always lurked just beneath the surface in America. Fascism will always be promoted by billionaires using MAGA as dupes and stooges. Hi**er used Brownshirts and Trump uses MAGA, Oath Keepers, and Proud Boys. Don't forget the Evangelicals.

Trump's Big Lie about election fraud had over 60 similar federal abd state cases where Trump lawyers would make allegations of voter fraud that Trump claimed deprived Trump of a landslide victory but Trump and his lawyers could not provide any evidence whatsoever.

Trump's lawyers don't dare repeat Trump lies to the Special Master. The Special Master threw down the gauntlet - have Trump put his allegations in an affidavit under penalty of perjury.

The Trump lawyers face sanctions, disbarment, or even prison is they repeat Trump lies in federal court, according to legal expert, Barbara McQuade.

Federal court is not a great place to spread lies and propaganda. Why did Trump file a motion for return of property that by definition does not and could not belong to him? Why would an ex-president have national security documents at his country club? Graymail is one possibility. If Trump is indicted, he will stage a coup? Trump will release national security documents to enemies of the US? All of the above?

Most MAGA types I've met lack the intelligence and education to do anything except to praise their Dear Leader and cheer him on in rallies. Legal proceedings in federal court are beyond their understandings very few of the MAGA crowd understand national security issues.

Trump's motion in federal court will end with Trump facing self-incrimination in this civil motion. Trump cannot and will not be able to swear under penalty of perjury that any of his allegations are true. Without "evidence" supporting Trump's motion, it is a frivolous motion by definition.

Unlike Judge Cannon, a recent Trump appointee who is underqualified, the Special Master demands evidence and honesty. Trump's lawyers fear repeating Trump's lies under penalty of perjury in federal court.

The difference between federal court and Fox News is that Trump can lie with impunity on Fox News where 10 million MAGA will cheer on those lies and nobody will cross-examine Trump under penalty of perjury.

Who saw the national security documents? How much damage has been done to national security?

Presidential decisions must be documented. That is what Congress determined after Watergate.

An Ex-President is not a king. Mental health experts recognize the dangers of egotistical delusions and unlimited powers being given to authoritarian leaders who refuse to obey laws or the constitution.

Nixon tried to run the country from the Western Whitehouse in San Clemente. Daniel Ellsberg was a security analyst at Rand Corporation who had possession of nuclear documents and Pentagon Papers. Ellsberg waited 50 years to disclose anything about the nuclear strategy documents which he had copied. Lawyers plotted strategies with Nixon just as Trump does with Roger Stone and Rudy Giuliani down at Mar-A-Lago.

Ellsberg has written several books about his misadventures with Nixon. He tells his own story so eloquently that I will say no more except to draw comparison to the fiascos going on in Florida where spies have a field day. You can disguise yourself as a Rothschild and walk right in. Ellsberg was a Marine intelligence officer during Vietnam. He was a peace activist so he was prosecuted. He was my friend and neighbor during those tough days of constitutional crisis with Richard Nixon.

May you live in interesting times is a Chinese proverb. These are certainly interesting times. Trump has claimed persecution from the DOJ going back to the early 70s when Trump's mentor and lawyer was Roy Cohn. America is again embroiled in a deep and serious constitutional crisis because of right wing politics.

Nixon should not have been pardoned. He should have had a felony on his record.

Trump stole government property. The Archives wants those documents back.

Trump cannot state under penalty of perjury why he stole the documents. If Trump takes the 5th, he will lose his own equitable motion for return of property.

I can see sanctions in federal court being issued for frivolous motions. Trump never filed an affidavits in his motion in moving or opposition papers.

The 11th Circuit said that no person is "special."

One investigative lead suggests that Trump has shared highly sensitive documents with his guests at his country club . Trump would brandish handfuls of sensitive documents to random guests to impress the guests as part of Trump's ongoing reality show as an ex-president that Trump uses to boost his sagging ego.

FBI and DOJ are determining whether these security breaches have harmed US national security.

Judge Cannon amended her order after what appears to have been an 11th Circuit Court of Appeals smackdown of her legal reasoning. She had tried to carve out special treatment under the law for ex-presidents, specifically, for Donald Trump, who appointed her, as being in a "special class" of citizens. There is no basis whatsoever for her opinion under the law. She is just blatantly pro-Trump even if her decision greatly harms national security.

The Federalist Society, in the opinion of many, is just a right wing society funded by billionaires to make the rich richer and to allow exploitation of the environment while supporting racist policies and voter suppression. But the Federalists themselves are not necessarily in the Trump cult.

SCOTUS has become a disgraceful display of a Federalist takeover of the court based upon right wing politics. Trump appointed three such right wing justices to the high court in lifetime appointments to overturn Roe v. Wade and other progressive legal precedents.

Corporate America sheds its tort liability by fake "bankruptcy reorganization" under Chapter 11, although the corporations are worth billions - even trillions.
