In this role, you’ll be responsible for organizing and maintaining both paper and electronic client files, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and easily accessible. You’ll also assist with document management, file audits, and preparing materials for court.
We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple priorities, communicate professionally with attorneys and staff, and maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive client information. This position plays an important role in keeping the firm’s records and legal documents organized and accessible.
