Being a Big Brother Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego has been one of the greatest blessings in my life.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring three incredible Little Brothers, and watching them grow has been one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve ever had.

Last year, I set out to raise $5,000 for Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego. Thanks to the generosity of more than 60 people, we raised over $12,000! 🤯❤️

This year, I’m raising the bar:
🎯 Raise $15,000
🙌 Reach 100 donors
💙 And most importantly, inspire 5 men to become Big Brothers.

On October 30, I’ll be participating in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Golf Marathon at Singing Hills Golf Course. Every dollar helps provide life-changing mentorship for local kids.

Our Title Team is built to support a wide range of real estate professionals. Investors have been a major part of my career ever since the Great Recession.
** In 2008, while relatively still new in sales (4 years), I was heavily focused on Refinance title business from mainly sub-prime mortgage brokers. Nearly overnight, I lost my entire client base. Just completely evaporated. 💨 No resale title business to speak of, not many relationships, and a major cross-roads in my career. Do I throw in the towel? 🧻 Give up and try something new? OR.. do I adapt and find a way to start something new? 😵‍💫
** I had heard houses were being sold at on the courthouse steps. Literally dozens of homes a day being sold to with cashiers checks. I decided to go down there and scope it out. Before long, I was passing out a 1-page flyer to them all offering “Free Title Searches for your Foreclosure Purchases”. 📝🧾
Slowly but surely I started earning title orders from those same

📝 Countless deals go by when nobody knows what’s happening behind the scenes to get our clients deals closed.
