What started as a renovation turned into a history project.

We’re working to have The Brunswick historically designated after uncovering the story behind the property.

If approved, the property may qualify for the Mills Act, which offers significant property tax savings in exchange for preserving and maintaining a historic property.

We’re documenting every step, from historical research and archival records to the designation process and, hopefully, a Mills Act application. Stay tuned.
