⚖️| When you’re expecting a baby, the last thing you should have to hear is, “You’re terminated.” 💔

Alondra crossed daily from Tijuana to San Diego in search of better opportunities and a better income to support her family. But when she told her employer she was pregnant, she says she lost her job.

At Gomez Trial Attorneys, this story hits close to home. We understand the sacrifices our border community makes every single day. Members of our own team cross the border daily, and many of us were raised on both sides of la frontera. 🇲🇽🇺🇸

⚖️🕊️| Earlier today, Gomez Trial Attorneys stood alongside the family of 53-year-old Ryan Radabaugh, a developmentally disabled man who tragically lost his life after being struck and killed at an adult day program in Fallbrook.

Civil Rights and Trial Attorney John Gomez, Trial Attorney James Carraway, and Ryan’s father, Bruce Radabaugh, spoke during a press conference announcing a new wrongful death lawsuit and addressing the allegations surrounding Ryan’s death.

The lawsuit alleges that Stepping Stone Resources had prior warning of potential danger after another vulnerable client was previously found lying unsupervised in the same parking lot—an incident that prompted a state licensing complaint investigation.

Today was about Ryan, his family, and their pursuit of answers and accountability. Our team is honored to stand beside the Radabaugh family as they seek justice for their son.

Civil Rights and Trial Attorney John Gomez and Trial Attorney James Carraway join Ryan’s father, Bruce Radabaugh, to discuss the lawsuit, the circumstances surrounding Ryan’s death, and allegations that Stepping Stone Resources had prior warning of safety concerns involving its parking lot.

The lawsuit alleges Ryan’s death was preventable and that additional safeguards should have been implemented to protect vulnerable clients in the facility’s care.
