🏡 SOMETIMES GETTING THE KEYS TAKES MORE THAN GETTING TO THE CLOSING TABLE. 🔑
Last week, my buyers became first-time homeowners—and this one definitely came with a few twists.
Early in their search, we knew one of our goals was to minimize their out-of-pocket closing costs.
So we got strategic.
By carefully structuring the offer and negotiating seller credits toward their closing costs, we were able to get them to the closing table with very little closing costs needed out of pocket. 🙌
That’s the power of having a strategy—not just finding the right house, but finding the right way to BUY it.
But closing wasn’t the end of this story.
The sellers were permitted to remain in the home for 10 days after closing. When it was time for my buyers to take possession, the property wasn’t vacated as scheduled.
What followed took strategy, communication, persistence, and a true team effort to finally get my buyers possession of the home they had worked so hard for.
And when they finally walked through the door?
The house wasn’t perfectly clean.
It wasn’t the picture-perfect HGTV key handoff.
But it was THEIRS. ❤️🏡
And seeing how happy they were made every challenge along the way worth it.
Buying a home isn’t always a straight line. Sometimes the numbers need creativity. Sometimes unexpected challenges happen. And sometimes getting to the closing table is only part of the job.
That’s when experience, negotiation and advocacy matter most.
My job isn’t simply to open doors and write offers. It’s to find solutions and advocate for my clients from the beginning of their search until the keys are finally in their hands. 🔑
Congratulations to these amazing first-time homeowners! 🥂🏡
Luxury isn’t a price tag. It’s a service level.
