AB Injury Attorneys Our only focus is you. We are a family-based practice of experienced trial attorneys, focused on he Arendsen Braddock LLP maintains a “Client-First” practice.

Our mission and purpose is to see our clients and their families restored both physically and emotionally from the hurt and confusion that accompanies severe injury, or loss of a loved one. We have experienced these same losses in our own families, and now fight for others facing the same long, and oftentimes overwhelming, road towards recovery. Our representation is about relationships. We limit

the number of cases we accept in order to ensure our clients constant communication and unlimited access to our attorneys and staff. By doing so, we are able to spend time getting to know our clients on a personal level, learning about who and what they hold dear – their families, the passions that have shaped them, and their hope for the future. And then, through fierce advocacy, we tell their story. We ensure the insurance companies and their defense attorneys hear their story. And we get results. This past year alone, Arendsen Braddock LLP was successful in obtaining more than $10 Million dollars in awards on behalf of our clients.

Verdict: 1.635M (1.5M in Punitive Damages)

Melissa Romero was a sales associate for Defendant Gopher Multimedia where she sold tech advertising products to doctors and other medical professionals. Unfortunately, Ms. Romero had to seek accommodations to help alleviate debilitating back and foot pain. Meanwhile, Ms. Romero also observed that in her view, men were being treated better than women in the workplace.

Ms. Romero was promptly fired when she asked for accommodations and sought a pay raise to level the playing field between what she believed to be gender disparity. It was admitted that these were the reasons she was terminated.

Later, Defendant and its in-house attorney would manufacture evidence to make it appear as if Ms. Romero sexually harassed the CFO of the company in an attempt to justify her termination. It was only through the diligent efforts of Ms. Romero’s counsel that these allegations were disproven and exposed to be lies.

A UCSD grad with a background in archaeology, immigration law, and court interpreting, Gabriela brings a one-of-a-kind perspective to personal injury law. Since 2018, she’s been a passionate advocate for San Diego’s Spanish-speaking community — making legal resources more accessible for those who need them most.

At AB Injury Attorneys, she keeps cases moving smoothly from start to finish, so clients always feel supported. Outside the office, you’ll find her volunteering with foster youth mentorship programs or hanging out with her dogs, Kevin and Sophie. 🐾

I’m a motorcycle rider and a personal injury attorney — and this is the one thing I wish every rider knew.

Even if the police report says you were 100% at fault, you may still have a case.

Police reports are not the final word. Officers aren’t accident reconstruction experts. They’re making a judgment call at the scene, often without all the information. Road conditions, a defective traffic signal, a driver who cut you off, a pothole the city failed to repair — any of these could shift liability in your favor.

California also follows comparative fault law, which means even if you were partially at fault, you can still recover compensation. The other party just has to share some of the blame.

Don’t assume the police report closes your case. Talk to an attorney first — especially one who rides. 🏍️👊
