A good year isn't just a year with a lot of closings

Don't get me wrong—the numbers matter. They help measure production, growth, and the health of a business. But after 10 years in real estate, I've realized that the things I remember most aren't the commission checks.

They're the first-time buyer who finally got their keys.

The family who trusted me to help them find their next home.

The past client who called years later because they knew I'd still answer.

The referral from someone who trusted me enough to put their friend or family member in my hands.

The agent who implemented something I taught and finally saw their business start moving.

And the days when I was able to build my business while still being present for my family. That's what a good year looks like to me.

The closings are part of the story. They're just not the entire story. 🤍
