We are thrilled to announce that Dick Semerdjian has been nominated by the President of the American Bar Association to be a member of the ABA’s Standing Committee on Federal Judiciary representing the Ninth Circuit. The three-year term faces the many challenges to democracy, judicial independence for judges, selection of a fair and impartial judiciary and the legal profession as a whole. Dick’s leadership will help protect our justice system and to advance the Rule of Law. We are so proud of Dick to represent the firm on this vital ABA committee!

Firm partner Ross Schwartz recently attended the Legus International Network of Law Firms, convened in Scotland. SSCSB is a member of LEGUS, a national and international network of law firms. Our longstanding LEGUS membership and relationship with member firms has afforded us the opportunity to assist clients in matters throughout California, the US and the world.
