While reviewing recent Pacific Beach condo sales, we noticed something that made us stop and think.

🏡 The condos that sold this year averaged 25 days on market.

👀 The condos currently for sale are averaging 54 days on market.

That's a pretty significant difference.

We know there isn't one simple answer. Interest rates, inventory, HOA costs, buyer expectations—they all play a role.
