The following are some common examples:
 Support as a Trustee for a Special Needs Trust beneficiary (Note: An attorney can best advise if someone who currently qualifies for income-based assistance may qualify for a court ordered Special Needs Trust and its protection.)
 Support as a neutral third-party to have someone's best interests protected and their wishes upheld by the highest standards.
 Support for someone who does not have a physically close family member and/or friend who is both willing and able to assist.
 Support for someone who finds him/herself relying on neighbors or friends to provide assistance with daily tasks, especially financial tasks.
