I really appreciated the opportunity to help these wonderful people sell their Rancho San Pasqual (Escondido) home. They had moved to Europe so we did everything with an 8 hour time difference, which was totally doable (probably since I am up super early!😁). They relied on me for many things along the way: everything a homeowner who is no longer here would need. We sold the home for full list price in a market that is tough at the moment.
