California Western International Law Journal

California Western International Law Journal Founded in 1970, California Western's International Law Journal is one of the oldest in the nation. The Journal is published twice a year.

Its renowned authors—including judges, diplomats, politicians, and lawyers—come from all over the world. The California Western International Law Journal welcomes unsolicited manuscripts on topics of interest pertaining to international and comparative law. All pieces will be evaluated as expeditiously as possible and the Journal will notify authors who have been selected for publication. If any p

art of the paper has been published elsewhere, the author must include this information at the time of submission. The International Law Journal accepts submissions for its Fall publication during the months of April through August. For its Spring publication, submissions are accepted from August through December. Authors can submit manuscripts via Scholastica or to [email protected].
