The 31st (!) year of this multiple award winning community based school program begins! Rotarian success models — men and women of character, consistency, commitment and career (“the 4 C’s”) around middle school kids at risk. Pleased to report that The Clinebell Law Firm has obtained a $1.9 million dollar settlement for a quality client, a medium sized company based in Florida with a major contract grievance against the State of California.

Despite a State agency's threat to "bury" our client in legal fees and costs, TCLF handled the matter in the Superior Court, Sacramento County, with efficiency, experience, and expertise, including major e-discovery, and with an outstanding result. When the case came to TCLF, the State was offering to pay exactly zero in settlement. Last week, the State wrote a check to our client for $1.9 million dollars. Kudos to the TCLF team of attorneys and paralegals.
