From the IE, for the IE 📍

These moments never get old. Every client who walks through our doors is trusting us during one of the most difficult chapters of their life. After an accident, there’s uncertainty, stress, medical treatment, missed time from work, and questions about what comes next.

That’s why we’re grateful every time someone chooses our firm, whether they were referred by a trusted attorney, a former client, or found us online through our reviews and community presence.

At the end of the day, the best outcome isn’t just a settlement or verdict. It’s helping people find answers, peace of mind, and the confidence to move forward.

Thank you to our clients and referral partners throughout the Inland Empire for continuing to place your trust in our team. It’s a responsibility we never take for granted.

What if the most important work trial lawyers do never happens inside a courtroom?

In this special live episode, Kenny sits down with nationally recognized trial lawyer Rahul Ravipudi during the 2026 CAOIE/CAOC/OCTLA Palm Springs Seminar for a powerful conversation about leadership, advocacy, and the responsibility lawyers have to shape the world beyond verdicts.

Rahul shares the personal experiences that shaped his path into law, the influence of his family, and how mentorship changed the trajectory of his career. But this conversation goes far beyond trial work.

Together, Kenny and Rahul discuss:

• The hidden fight happening in Sacramento over consumer rights and corporate accountability
• Why grassroots advocacy matters now more than ever
• The social media addiction litigation against Big Tech — and why Rahul believes these cases could change society forever
• Leadership, service, and the future of the plaintiff trial bar
• Why the best lawyers focus on purpose before success
• How litigation can create real-world safety reforms that protect future generations

This isn’t a traditional keynote. It’s an honest conversation about influence, responsibility, and what it truly means to advocate for others.

Recorded live at the 2026 CAOIE/CAOC/OCTLA Palm Springs Seminar.

Honored to have Sharon nominated for the LEILA Latina Executive of the Year Award, with this year’s award being celebrated tonight at the LEILA Gala.✨

Hosted by the National Latina Business Women Association – Inland Empire, the LEILA Awards recognize Latina leaders who are making an impact through leadership, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and service throughout our communities. This year’s theme, “Latinas Leading Forward: Building Our Legacy,” makes this recognition even more meaningful.

As a family-run firm rooted in the Inland Empire, this nomination is a reflection of the people behind the work, our family, our team, our clients, and the community that continues to trust and support us every step of the way.

Sharon’s leadership, heart for service, and commitment to our community are things we are incredibly proud of, and it is an honor to see her recognized alongside so many inspiring women.

Thank you to the LEILA Awards and NLBWA Inland Empire for this recognition. đź’š

This past Saturday, we had the incredible honor of returning to our alma mater for this year’s LLSA Graduation Celebration and Hooding Ceremony, where we were humbled to receive the Corazón de Comunidad Award.

As Loyola Law School alumni, this moment meant more than we can fully put into words. Sitting in this space, surrounded by so many first-generation law students, advocates, and families who sacrificed so much to help make their families’ dreams possible, brought us back to our own journeys, and reminded us that all the sacrifice has been worth it.

We’re deeply grateful to LLSA for allowing us to stay connected over the years, whether through mentorship, speaking to students, supporting through scholarships, and providing encouragement however we can. To hear that those efforts have made an impact was something we will never forget.

One of the things we encouraged graduates with that night was to pay it forward. Come back. Mentor. Open doors. Give your time, your voice, and your resources to help the next generation of advocates. That’s how communities grow.

Congratulations to the Class of 2026. Your stories, resilience, and commitment to serving others are inspiring, and the legal profession is better because of each of you.

And congratulations to the Alumni of the Year, Gina Zapanta, and thank you for the Honorable Cindy Panuco for sharing this year’s keynote speech, and Belen De Leon for being such a wonderful emcee!

Forever grateful to Loyola and the LLSA community ❤️

This month, Sharon was featured alongside Kenny in the May 2026 edition of Advocate Magazine, with their articles appearing back-to-back in the issue. Huge thank you to CAALA and Advocate Magazine for the opportunity to contribute and share with the legal community.

While Kenny’s article focused on AI and the future of legal practice, Sharon’s article explored something equally relevant for modern attorneys: how to build trust, visibility, and a meaningful personal brand in a profession where perception and connection matter more than ever.

The article centers around a simple but powerful idea: attorneys do not need to constantly “create content.” The value is already there in the work they are already doing every single day.

In a profession built on trust, people are often forming impressions long before the first phone call, consultation or courtroom appearance ever takes place. Whether through Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, or other platforms, attorneys today have an opportunity to intentionally shape how they are perceived and build familiarity and credibility organically over time.

Sharon’s article shares a practical framework for attorneys who want to show up online in a way that feels authentic rather than performative. From documenting speaking engagements and trial preparation, to capturing meaningful conversations, community involvement, podcast discussions, and day-to-day moments inside a law practice, the article encourages attorneys to stop overcomplicating content and instead focus on documenting the value already happening around them.

The article also explores the importance of consistency over perfection, the long-term value of organic visibility, and how short-form and long-form content can deepen trust with future clients, referral partners, students, and the broader legal community.

“The work is already there. The opportunity is simply to make it visible.”

Every legal software platform today claims to be “powered by AI.” But the real question is: Are these tools actually changing how we practice law…or just making us faster at doing the same things?

In this month’s edition of Advocate Magazine, I explore what I believe is the next major shift in plaintiff practice: moving beyond isolated AI tools and toward intelligence-driven operating systems that can help lawyers evaluate cases, identify risks, improve workflows, and ultimately make better strategic decisions for clients.

In the article, I discuss Filevine’s LOIS (Legal Operating Intelligence System) and why I believe this type of technology represents something much bigger than demand generators or document summarizers. Not because it replaces lawyers. But because it gives attorneys better visibility into their cases, stronger context across the entire file, and more time to focus on judgment, strategy, and advocacy.

I also share a real example from practice where LOIS helped me quickly analyze a complex, trial-bound case involving multiple parties, extensive discovery, and complicated liability issues — helping me get oriented in a fraction of the time it would traditionally take.

The future of AI in plaintiff practice shouldn’t simply be about speed. It should be about building systems that help us become more consistent, more informed, and ultimately better advocates for our clients.

Thank you to CAALA for the opportunity to contribute to this month’s Advocate Magazine.

What do you do when the system you trust to protect your child… fails them?

In this month’s episode of Art of Purpose, Kenny sits down with Christa Ramey—a trial attorney who has built her career holding schools accountable when they fall short.

What started as a situation with her own daughter turned into something much bigger. A realization that these moments aren’t isolated, and that too often, warning signs are missed, families are left without answers, and kids are left unprotected.

But this conversation isn’t just about the work. It’s about the turning point. The moment where something shifts… and you decide you’re not going to look away.

We talk about what’s actually happening in these cases, what parents often get wrong, why kids stay silent longer than they should, and what it really means to step in and do something about it.

At some point, a situation stops feeling small. It starts to feel like a responsibility. And what you do in that moment… matters.

High truck traffic zones in the Inland Empire:
• I-10 (Ontario / Fontana)
• SR-60 (Jurupa Valley / Riverside)
• I-15 (through Fontana + Cajon Pass)
• I-215 (San Bernardino / Moreno Valley)

These are some of the most active commercial trucking routes in Southern California.

If you’ve been in a truck-related accident, don’t wait.

Liability is complex. Evidence matters. Timing matters.
