Job Posting: Bilingual Law Office Assistant

We are a reputable and client-focused immigration law office dedicated to providing comprehensive legal services with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and direct them to the appropriate attorney or staff member.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls with tact and discretion.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including legal documents, mail, packages, and emails.
• Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files and ensure proper document storage and retrieval.
• Assist attorney with scheduling meetings, court dates, appointments, and conference room bookings.
• Coordinate with courts and clients as necessary.
• Support data entry, filing, and document management tailored to legal requirements.
• Help maintain a neat, secure, and confidential office environment.
• Assist with basic billing tasks and the preparation of invoices.
• Perform other general office duties as required in a legal setting.
Required Qualifications
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in legal administration is an asset.
• Previous experience in an office or clerical role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive casework with integrity and professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a legal team.

Pay range: 10.50 – 15.00 p/hr
