Le grew up in Topeka and Wichita, Kansas, where she developed a lifelong passion for teamwork and perseverance as a varsity soccer player at Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa. After graduation, she returned to Wichita to work as a case manager supporting individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. That experience sparked her dedication to advocacy and ultimately inspired her to pursue a

career in law. from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, graduating with Dean’s Honors in 2011. She began practicing law in Mississippi before moving to San Antonio, Texas, where she spent four years as an Insurance Litigation Attorney at a mid-size plaintiff’s firm. There, she gained extensive experience representing policyholders in disputes against insurance companies across the state. In 2017, Michelle founded the Law Offices of Michelle C. Le, PLLC to continue her mission of advocating for policyholders and holding insurance companies accountable. Today, she is licensed in Texas, Colorado, Kansas, and Mississippi, and represents clients nationwide. In 2020, she expanded her practice by joining a Wichita firm as Of Counsel while continuing to grow her own firm. When she’s not practicing law, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, tackling DIY projects, coaching soccer, and baking.

This is despicable. Shannen Doherty who has Stage 4 breast cancer has been forced to sue State Farm over a house fire wherein they denied or underpaid her claim. She was forced to reveal her cancer diagnosis because she knew it'd come out since it's mentioned in the lawsuit. In a statement regarding the lawsuit, State Farm states "we strongly believe we have upheld our commitment to our customer and have paid what we owe on this claim. We are prepared to defend our position in court." If they treat celebrities like this, how do you think they treat the rest of consumers?

"It’s a bitter pill to swallow in a lot of ways," Doherty said. "I don't think that I've processed it."
