The Tier One Neighborhood Coalition (T1NC) is a group of San Antonio inner city neighborhoods organized to promote broad-based citizen participation in public policy issues through education and advocacy. Our mission advocates for a sensible balance between protecting and enhancing the built environment of San Antonio’s older neighborhoods through sustainable public policies while preserving commu

nity resilience and culture. Tier One envisions people who live and work in our neighborhoods having a strong voice in determining the future of their communities. Neutrality Statement: Non-partisan voter education activities generally provide valuable contributions to public understanding of and debate about key issues. Any information or activity shared or sponsored by T1NC is in no way intended to reflect an endorsement for, or opposition to, any candidate or political party. Individual T1NC members, including those serving on the Steering Committee, have a right to their personal opinions, but those opinions are not to be construed as being official statements of T1NC unless expressly identified as such.
