Good afternoon everyone! Just wanna shout out a huge thank you to our referring clients. We’ve noticed over the last year that when people are asking for who’s your go to tax people or company our name comes up a lot at LIB Tax Service LLC. So we just wanna recognize and give thanks to our clients who send our name out there. Today I received one from a person that was looking for help and left me a voice message. I responded to the call. They are in new Braunfels and they need to file before Thursday so we had a conversation and discussed how we can help them. All the information was sent to our office then I handled the preparation in between clients throughout the day. Now to speed things up and providing a service that I called the red carpet treatment. I’m heading out to new Braunfels in this traffic to get the tax return signed collect the documents that I need and get this sent off electronically to the IRS today. This is what I call going the extra mile. Over the years I’ve always provided this type of service and I can definitely tell you that it makes a difference. Whatever service industry you’re in even though we have new technology and very impersonal ways of working with people, I still believe that meeting with your clients doing the things that you need to do going out of your way helping them sends a bigger message. And to make the contact personal as far as one on one instead of everything electronically or over the Internet sends a loyalty message from my company to them that we want to help them genuinely.
