**9 Years Later, Another Successful Closing!**

It was great getting to work with Marco again! Nine years ago, I helped him purchase the always-popular **D.R. Horton Walsh floor plan**. Fast-forward nine years and two military duty station changes, and we never lost touch!

It was great working with Wyatt and Katie, coming to us all the way from Idaho! Welcome to this Texas heat!☀️

When we started the process, it was all about Kallison Ranch and Perry Homes. But sometimes the right home changes the whole plan! They ended up finding a brand-new David Weekley home that fits them perfectly.
