More adventures in Real Estate today!!! 🏡 today is my favorite day!! It’s closing day!!! After getting under contract last year we finally closed on this Veteran clients brand new home! We weathered Covid and snow-pocalypse and so many other things and they finally got the keys today!! Thank you so much Mary Beth Banbury for allowing us to assist you in the purchase of your brand new home! I’m so excited for you and Haley! We❤️🏡!!!!

I love love love my clients! 🥰 after closing on the house we all go back to our lives and communication tapers off tremendously, as life gets busy and hectic.... but when you have clients that turn around and give you gifts, long after closing (or AT closing😭), it really really means the world to me! 😭When it comes to my work I try my best to serve my clients with the upmost importance, but naturally I am very critical and very hard on myself...I always wonder if I did a good job, and when things like this happen I just melt inside! It makes me so happy that they trust me with one of the biggest purchase in their lives! I’m so grateful for my job and for the wonderful clients put in my path🙏🏻❤️😊 this client made us green chili enchiladas, (he made us some last year too!!) and delivered it along with a poinsettia and some creme brûlée 🤩😭🤩😭🤩check out his shoes!!😂🤩Merry Christmas everyone!🎄 thank you Mr. Duran!!!! I literally want to cry right now!😂😭🤗🎄

Honestly, believe it or not, the market is CRAZY HOT right now!!!🔥🔥🔥 If you are on the fence about selling your house I highly advise you SELL, SELL, SELL!!! Inventory is low and there are a ton of buyers that want to buy YOUR house… Sellers are getting multiple offers first day on the market! I can’t even get to my car after showing a house and the house has three offers on it! 🏡 🏡🏡
