Aric J. Garza (Aric J. Garza Law PLLC) has been appointed as Co-Chair to the American Bar Association, Section of Dispute Resolution's Arbitration Committee. The ABA DR Section is critical to its members and its greater mission of advancing conflict prevention and dispute resolution advocacy, policies, procedures, practice, and scholarship. Aric has been practicing litigation (commercial, consumer, real estate and employment law) since 1999. He serves as the San Antonio Bar Association's ADR Section Chair and as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association's commercial, consumer and employment law panels. He is also a mediator handling commercial, probate, real estate and employment disputes.
