Buyers, you have a little more room to make your move in San Antonio! 🏡✨

Interest rates getting all your attention? Let’s talk about what else matters: more homes to choose from, more time to decide, and more room to negotiate.

Depending on the home and seller, your offer could include:
💰 Seller-paid closing costs to reduce your upfront expenses
📉 A seller-funded rate buydown—temporary payment savings or discount points toward a lower rate for the life of your loan
🔧 Negotiated repairs or repair credits
🏷️ A better purchase price
🔑 Builder incentives on select new homes

The opportunity? Negotiating a package that works for YOUR budget—not just focusing on the list price.

A temporary buydown eventually ends, so we’ll work with your lender to make sure the full payment is comfortable, too. If you’re financially ready, today’s market could offer a great opening!

📲 Message me “BUY” and let’s explore what’s possible.
