A court where denial rates can exceed 95%.

I was retained in late October and spent hours preparing this case.
Line-by-line review of the I-589, strengthening the affidavit, preparing testimony, and building corroboration.

During the hearing, the judge noted she had rarely seen an asylum application this complete.

Asylum GRANTED.

Because in immigration court credibility and corroboration are everything.
