Many people don’t like motorcycles, they don’t like motorcyclists and they really don’t like “bullet bikes”. Well, there are some riders that do some things on the street that I also don’t like. However, they don’t represent all motocyclists.
As most of you know, I sponsor the race series at Utah Motorsports Campus with the Utah Sport Bike Association. Out at the racetrack, there are people from all walks of life. Mechanics, welders, plumbers, engineers, doctors, lawyers and more. At the race track, we are a family. We save our “need for speed” for the track and we have fun. Yes, it can be dangerous. However, out of the tens of thousands of race miles our club did this last weekend, our biggest accident happened one mile outside of the track.
When myself and my son, Chayce Lance, were involved in a serious accident, our track family dropped everything and they were there to help. Again, all walks of life, all different nationalities, all genders, all different backgrounds, but, we are a family.
I want to personally thank all of my track family that dropped everything and came to help. I’m posting these pictures and videos so next time you see a motorcyclist and judge him or her, think about these pictures and videos and how quickly they were there to help a friend.
