I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as as a Mediator at DELANGE MEDIATION! I will begin taking new cases on a part-time basis pro bono as I meet the requirements to become a certified Utah civil case court mediator. I will also be available right away to begin observing and handling pro bono mediations in appellate, civil rights and other civil disputes.

I will continue with DeLANGE Law LLC until all of my client case commitments are fulfilled, but I will not be taking any new cases.

Chalk up another vindication for the Innocence Project. Bad mistakes happen to good/innocent people.

The case was dropped after DNA established that Mr. Henry was wrongly convicted based on erroneous eyewitness testimony.
