After a long wait, Eusevio Santos Cordoba has been released from detention after his pending habeas petition was granted, resulting in his immediate release. A reminder of the importance of fighting for due process.

After more than 8 months in ICE custody, Cesar Gomez Roman is finally home with his family.

This case required a criminal conviction to be vacated as void ab initio, two federal habeas petitions, litigation in two federal circuits, and ultimately a successful cancellation of removal case.

Cesar is now a lawful permanent resident and back where he belongs—with his wife and four children.

We’re grateful for this outcome and honored to have represented him.

After spending four long months in immigration custody, Jose Luis Carbajal faced setback after setback—including having his bond denied.

Today, after a successful individual hearing, Jose Luis was granted relief and is now the newest lawful resident of Utah. Moments like these remind us why we fight so hard for our clients and their families.

Big win for the team at Stowell Crayk 👏

Andy won his first individual hearing with the firm last week. After a career serving as a diplomat and attorney abroad, he recently joined our team and secured asylum for a 73-year-old woman from Venezuela. We had previously won asylum for her son as well.

A meaningful result for this family and an incredible start for Andy with the firm.
