Personas con permiso de trabajo, (incluyendo DACA) o con aplicación de residencia pendiente bajo cualquier categoría y aunque ya le aprobaron el permiso de viaje deben consultar con su abogado ANTES de salir porque la póliza recientemente cambió y ahora un viaje puede resultar en graves consecuencias migratorias.

El as*****to de 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐳𝐨 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐠𝐚𝐝𝐨 𝐀𝐫𝐚𝐮𝐣𝐨, es otra tragedia más que nos vuelve a recordar los riesgos reales que se enfrentan actualmente en Estados Unidos bajo la impacable crueldad de agentes de inmigración que siguen actuando con impunidad bajo esta administración. Me uno a las voces que exigen la verdad, una investigacion independiente y justicia para esta familia.

The murder of 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐳𝐨 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐠𝐚𝐝𝐨 𝐀𝐫𝐚𝐮𝐣𝐨 is just the most recent tragedy which reminds us of the real risks people in the US now face due to the relentless cruelty of immigration agents acting with impunity under this administration. ⁣Hoy, 30 de Junio 2026 la orden de la corte suprema dice claramente que personas nacidas en Estados Unidos son ciudadanos americanos sin importar el estado migratorio de sus padres. Hay que celebrar esta decision! Aunque se reporta que la decision fue 6-3 realmente en la pregunta constitucional fue 5-4, demasiado cerca para haber dado otro resultado. Si usted es elegible para votar y temia por usted y su famila mientras se esperaba esta decision, respire profundo, pero no hay que bajar la guardia, recuerde votar este noviembre. ⁣🇺🇸

June 30, 2026, today's Supreme Court order clearly states that people born in the U.S are American citizens by birth, regardless of their parents' immigration status. This decision calls for celebration! However, it was shocking how close we were to having a different outcome. The news is reporting it as being a 6–3 ruling, but on the constitutional question it was actually a 5–4 decision. If you are eligible to vote and you were anxious for yourself, your family and loved ones prior to today's decision, today you can breathe a sigh of relief, but dont let your guard down and remember to VOTE this November. 🇺🇸
