The bill is meant to encourage home construction, and would ban corporate investors from buying up more homes to rent out.

Kicking off 2026 with a closing! Who says open houses aren't "worth it?" I love putting them on. My first open house had 6 interested parties. I met the eventual Buyer (and because we hold the Seller's interest first and foremost) I referred her to Kristin Sparkman to take us through to the finish line.
