Oregon is poised to become 8th state to require overtime pay for farmworkers.

Once this bill is signed by the Governor, know your rights and insist on them!

The bill will fully phase in overtime pay to farmworkers by 2027 and provide tax credits over six years to farmers to offset the increased costs.

FYI for those out there utilizing SNAP food assistance: If you lost of power during the ice storm, and that caused food to spoil, you have 10 days to request replacement benefits to cover those food items. Once approved, your replacement benefits will be uploaded onto your EBT card.
