Interest rate are higher. Seeing rates around 4.75%. But people are still wanting to purchase.

Refi applications were down 15% from the prior week. But despite rates around the 5% mark, purchase mortgage interest didn't fall.

We saw the market slow a little in February. Fewer houses sold, fewer homes came on the market and the average days on the market went up just a bit. We also saw the interest rate move up just a little.
