Following graduation from Linfield College in 1965, Rick worked in sales for International Harvester Company, returning to school at Oregon State University for a Teacher’s

Certification in Business Education. In 1968, Rick accepted a position at Marshall High School in Portland, Oregon. He taught Business Education subjects and also worked part-time selling real estate with Title Realty. In 1972, Rick returned to the east Salem area and continued the second generation family farm operating up to 850 acres of crops. In 1986, he re-activated his real estate license, continuing to sell real estate with his wife, a principal broker with RE/MAX Equity Group. Ande Hofmann is a Principal Broker with RE/MAX integrity. Following graduation from Western Oregon State College in 1971, Ande taught English at Lake Oswego, Silverton, and Cascade Junior High School. In 1976 she obtained her real estate license and her Associate Broker’s license in 1980. Ande managed a branch office for Ted Morrison Realtor’s in Salem. Since 1986, Rick and Ande have been full time agents in the Salem area. Member National Association of Realtors
