Goldstein focuses primarily on Residential Real Estate. I am the principal attorney of the firm, and hence you will always deal directly with me and receive the personal touch for your representation whether it be a Purchase, Sale or Refinance of your property or a Condominium issue. Buying or selling a home is often the single largest financial transaction of a lifetime. As your attorney, I will

negotiate your Purchase and Sales Contract so that you are fully protected, keep track of important deadlines for your transaction, review the title of your new home and explain any legal issues surrounding the title or the transaction. When representing you as a Seller, I will assist in correcting any title defect which you may be made aware from your Buyerโ€™s title exam. In general, whether you are buying or selling, I am here to answer any questions you may have and guide you through the process. It is my belief that having a team of professionals to help you through the process is the best way to ensure a smooth transaction. I have an extensive list of professionals with whom I work frequently. These include Real Estate Brokers, Lenders, Insurance professionals, and Home Inspectors. If you are just starting to think about buying or selling a home, contact me for professionals that can make your transaction a pleasant experience. My practice includes providing Lenders the legal services required for refinancing your existing home. If you are thinking of refinancing, call me for the right Loan Officer or Mortgage Broker to assist you with the right program for your needs. Condominium Law is another focus of my practice. I advise Buyerโ€™s with regard to purchasing a Condominium in Massachusetts with regard to their individual rights and their obligations to the association. For developers and investors, I convert multifamily properties to Condominium Status in accordance with Massachusetts Law, working with architects for the required plans. Today I closed a purchase that started almost 2 years ago (P&S signed June 2021). Needed a Land Court decision to deregister the property out of Registered Land and it took this long.
While it took this long, I was persistent in following up with those working on the deregistration.....
