Today was final walkthrough day at the Castle on the Hill. šŸ”ā¤ļø

Itā€™s an exciting day for everyone, but for very different reasons.

The buyers are excited because this is about to be their home.

For my sellers, today is definitely a little more bittersweet. After more than 30 years, theyā€™re getting ready to say goodbye to a home where theyā€™ve created so many memories, while also getting ready for what comes next for them.

And as agents, these are the days we work for. Thereā€™s a lot that happens between an accepted offer and a final walkthrough, and it feels really good to get here and know that we delivered for our clients.

I also have to give a special shoutout to the buyersā€™ agent, Keith Garafola. Keith was amazing to work with throughout this entire transaction. He was responsive, professional, easy to communicate with, and we worked really well together to keep everything moving forward. Keith, Iā€™m looking forward to doing another one with you real soon!

Tomorrow we close.

The Castle on the Hill will have new owners, my sellers will officially close out a 30+ year chapter, and everyone gets to move forward with whatā€™s next.

This is the part of real estate I really love. ā¤ļø

Came to Anaheim for and in the middle of all the info overload, the wildest thing I stumble on? MySpace is coming back. Now Iā€™m spiraling over my top eight. Rosario, Alicia, Mona, Jackie , easy. But do I add Genesis, Michelle, Angelique and then give a history lesson? She already called me old once. This is a crisis.
