Another one helped! This one ended up being a longer road as we navigating life happenings that were outside my clients control. But we remained focused on the goal of getting my client into their first home. Many hoops were jumped through to help put my client in a position with almost 99% of their closing cost and down payment were covered! Another one helped! After my clients had sold their home, it was time to find a new one. We toured a few homes but we were focused on only single level homes. Having toured this home a couple times, and knowing it had an elevator, I suggested we see it. My clients fell in love immediately and began planning their future in this home. Another one helped! When I first met with these clients, they were potentially looking at new home. Once we toured it and they saw how honest I am about homes plus my expertise in construction, they knew I was there to help them. We were able to list their current home, only have one tour, and place it under contract. This made the selling process a dream for my clients and so much easier on the buyers as well. Stay tuned, they had to move somewhere :)
